Hillabrant Apothecary Nasya oil is a nourishing blend of hydrating oils to cleanse and open up the nasal passage, sinus cavity, throat and ear canals. Promotes clear breathing and calms the mind. 

Tilt your head back, apply 2-3 drops of the oil into each nostril. Sniff deeply and gently.
